🎙️ Fire Lab Studios Recording Session Policy

📅 1. Booking & Payment.
‍
All sessions must be booked through the official booking page.Payment is required in full at the time of booking.Sessions are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. 🚫 No same-day bookings.

⏱️ 2. Session Blocks & Time.
‍
Sessions are available in 2-hour, 4-hour, and 8-hour blocks.Session time begins at the scheduled start time — not arrival time.Late arrival does not extend session time.All recording, rough mixes, and file exports must be completed within the booked session block

🔁 3. Cancellations & No-Shows.  
‍
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the allowed time window set at booking.Late cancellations may result in forfeited payment.No-shows forfeit the session and payment.

🎧 4. Studio Conduct & Guest Policy.
‍
Respect the studio space and equipment at all times.Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate session termination without refund.To maintain a focused and professional recording environment, a maximum of 2 additional guests are permitted per session.The studio reserves the right to limit or refuse entry to protect workflow and studio standards.

🎼 5. Session Preparation.

Artists must arrive prepared to record.Final beats, references, and necessary files must be ready at the start of the session.Studio time is reserved for recording and execution — not file organization, extended setup, or last-minute production building.

🎛️ 6. Deliverables.
‍
Recording session time includes vocal capture and a rough mix only.A rough mix of each song recorded within the scheduled session block will be provided at the end of the session.Rough mixes are for reference and listening purposes only.Detailed mixing, editing, vocal tuning, arrangement changes, and production work are not included in recording session time.Full mixing services must be booked separately.

💵 7. Rates.
‍
Standard recording rate: $75 per hour.Rates are subject to change at the studio’s discretion.By booking a session, you agree to the above terms.
